Bill is committed to providing clear, honest guidance and high quality repairs, always prioritizing the needs of his customers and their families. When not serving clients, he enjoys hunting and spending time with his family.
Robert Allen
Owner
Robert established Coast to Coast alongside his brother Bill, drawing on their shared commitment to reliable service in their community. With more than 45 years of specialized experience, Robert focuses on water well and septic repairs, resolving challenges such as a pump failures, pressure system issues, and everything in between. Robert places a high value on transparent explanations and thorough, dependable work, ensuring every customer’s family and property are well cared for. Outside of the field, he can often be found relaxing on the lake with his loved ones.
Andrea
Office Manager
Andrea connects our customers with our technicians through clear communication and efficient coordination. She routes service calls, schedules appointments, and keeps daily operations running smoothly to deliver reliable support. Outside of work, she enjoys working on c10 trucks, and race cars, cheering on her husband Mike and son Jacob at weekend races. She also enjoys hosting family dinners on Sundays with the boys (Jacob and Andrew), her husband, and their 1-year-old Boxer, Lexie.
Sebastian
Service Technician
Sebastian joined Coast to Coast in 2024 and brings valuable experience in septic system repairs. He focuses on troubleshooting and fixing issues efficiently, whether routine or more involved, with a strong emphasis on clear and thorough communication. Sebastian takes the time to answer customer questions fully, ensuring everyone understands the repair process and feels confident in the outcome. He is dedicated to delivering reliable, high quality work that supports families and businesses throughout the area.
Tyler
Service Technician
Tyler has been with Coast to Coast for about a year in our after-school program. He is and eager and dedicated member of the team. Tyler specializes in septic system repairs, including aerator work, and approaches every job with enthusiasm and a focus on quality results. He’s committed to learning new techniques, contributing to the team, and providing clear helpful service to customers and their families. Outside of work, you can often find him at the local fishing hole or hunting in the area.
